• Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
• Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
• Complimentary hotel transportation is available from most centrally located Las Vegas hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
• All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Papillon will charge passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more for an additional comfort seat.
• Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
• Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
• All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available.
• FUEL SURCHARGE: A temporary fuel surcharge of $30.00 per seat is in effect until March 31, 2024, and is collected at the time of check-in.
