Terms and Conditions:

Bring your I.D. – Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
Check-in is 30 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat.
Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or canceled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-638-3300. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
