This exclusive tour flies guests from Boulder City, Nevada to the Arizona Strip just miles from the unexplored northern rim of the Grand Canyon. It provides an unmatched Grand Canyon National Park experience from a unique vantage point. Head off the beaten path on a Polaris Ranger and travel along a 4×4 trail through Whitmore Canyon and Lake Mead Recreation Area to the North Canyon's rim. At 3,000 feet (880 m) above the Colorado River, the sheer drop from the edge of this area offers spectacularly rare views. Guests can take time to explore the unusual collection of desert vegetation, and animal life found here. Back at Bar 10 Ranch, relax and enjoy the staff's hospitality and an authentic Dutch oven barbecue lunch.

Fly to and from Bar 10 Ranch aboard one of our aircraft specifically designed for "flightseeing" and enjoy picturesque views over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the mighty Colorado River. All airplanes are designed with high wings that provide optimal viewing along with a comfortable climate-controlled cabin.

Sample Itinerary:

  • Clients have the option to be picked up from several major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 80 minutes to 130 minutes before departure depending on hotel location.
  • Clients also have the option to transport themselves to the air terminal. If self-drive option selected, passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their departure time.
  • Clients arrive at Las Vegas Boulder Terminal for check-in. All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Clients board the airplane. Flight time to the Grand Canyon is approximately 45 minutes each way.
  • Enjoy the scenic route with views of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, the Colorado River, and the heart of the Grand Canyon.
  • Arrive the landing strip of Bar 10 Ranch, deplane the aircraft and board an air-conditioned van.
  • Embark on an all-terrain Polaris Ranger and travel through Whitmore Canyon, Lake Mead Recreation Area to an exclusive point of the Grand Canyon National Park. Clients also have the option to upgrade their tour to replace the Polaris Ranger with an ATV.
  • Explore the canyon and enjoy the majestic beauty.
  • Return to Bar 10 Ranch and relax while enjoying a homemade Dutch oven barbecue lunch.
  • Return to the landing strip for the return flight to Boulder Terminal.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Bring your I.D. - Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
  • Check-in is 45 minutes before the booked tour's start time.
  • Roundtrip hotel transfers are available as an option. Clients must request pick-up during check-out or provide their own transportation to the air terminal. Pick-up from limited hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area is approximately 80-130 minutes before flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions).
  • If transfer options selected, please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
  • All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat.
  • Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc. 
  • Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
  • ATV Requirements: Riders must be 16 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
  • All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-638-3300. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
  • FUEL SURCHARGE: A prime time supplement and/or fuel surcharge may apply.
